We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. For larger events or peak seasons (e.g., holidays), we suggest booking 4-6 weeks ahead. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

Yes! We offer delivery and professional setup services within the Houston area. Delivery fees may apply depending on your location. Let us know your event details, and we’ll provide a quote.
We also have local pickup option available for small items to pickup from our location. Such as small garlands, balloon bouquets, and table centerpiecesÂ
3. What file-format should I submit?
Absolutely! We love creating unique designs tailored to your vision. Share your theme, color scheme, or any specific ideas, and we’ll work with you to bring your dream decor to life.
4. How long do the balloons last?
Our high-quality balloons typically last 5-7 days indoors, depending on environmental factors like temperature and airflow. Foil balloons last even longer! For outdoor events, we recommend setting up as close to the event time as possible to ensure the best appearance.

We primarily serve the Houston metropolitan area, including surrounding suburbs.
6. How much does balloon decor cost?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 7 days before your event for a full refund or to adjust your booking. Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a fee.
